KGB was approached to assist with the development of a website. Working with the client we defined the goals that needed to be met with the website. We created the marketing language and developed an online marketing strategy utilizing social media, web-casts and email marketing campaigns. KGB's staff oversaw all aspects of the web development project including coordination with vendors for graphic design, custom e-commerce application and website development. The project was completed in under three months and under the initial estimated cost for all services.
Increase Sales / Membership
A professional trade association needed to increase their membership. The association had been targeting a select group of businesses for membership and was having difficulty getting new members. KGB worked with the association to change their membership levels and to better package their service offerings. Also, a plan was put in place simplifying he association's dues structure. The result was a year long campaign resulting in a 25% increase in gross revenues.
Sale of Business
A client wanted to sell their professional services firm. KGB was contracted to assist with the sale and worked with the management team of the firm to prepare the business for sale. KGB completed a five year business revenue model, made suggestions for more streamlined book keeping, assisted with due diligence requests and some legal issues. The result was a merger with KGB's client as the lead company.
